MODE OF DELIVERY
STATEMENT OF CONDITIONS OF SALE
Art. 3: MODE OF DELIVERY
3.1
Baccetti Attilio will deliver to customers the products selected and ordered in the manner provided for in the preceding article. The products will be sent with express mail or postal mail at the address indicated.
3.2
The purchased goods will be delivered on time as specified in Article. 6 Leg. 185/1999. No responsibility can be attributed to the supplier for late or non delivery due to causes unpredictable.
3.3
The customer must verify, upon receipt, the product complies with the order delivered to him made, and only thereafter, unless of course the right of withdrawal provided for in item 8, the customer must sign the delivery documents.
3.4
Upon delivery the customer must verify the integrity of packages and correspondence quantitative and qualitative. In case of discrepancies, the customer must report the discrepancy within seven days via fax or letter to Attilio Baccetti. While the packaging is intact, the goods must be verified within seven days of receipt. Any anomalies should be reported to in writing by fax or mail. Each alert over these terms will not be considered. The customer assumes responsibility for every report.
3.5
The home delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will be on the ground floor of all working days.
3.6
The customer must make available to avoid any additional charges for non delivery by courier. Any charges will be borne by the customer.
3.7
Baccetti Attilio is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier to products purchased.
