The purchase will be governed by the provisions of the D. lgs. No 185 of 22.5.1999, while the protection of confidentiality (privacy) will be subject to the discipline of D. lgs. 196/03.
These general conditions may be updated or modified by Baccetti Attilio at any time without notice and will be valid on the date of publication in the website whoops-shop.com.
The customer agrees and undertakes, whenever there is a change of conditions, to inspect and provide for their printing and storage.
Contract for sale on-line means the distance contract concluded between a supplier whoops-shop.com owned by Baccetti Attilio, with registered office in Via Toniolo, 7, - 58100 – Grosseto (GR), and a customer, under a system of organized distance sales from supplier. For the contract the supplier shall only use the technology of distance communication called the Internet.
As a client means the person who buys goods and services for purposes not directly related to their professional activity.
Art. 1: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SALE
1.1
The conditions provided in the introduction are integral and essential part of this contract.
1.2
All contracts will be entered directly through access by Customer (business and private) to the corresponding website address whoops-shop.com. The customer ends the contract for the purchase of the product following the procedures indicated.
1.3
These general conditions of sale must be examined online by the customer before completing the purchase process. The confirmation of order implies full knowledge of conditions and the full acceptance.
1.4
The customer, by sending electronic confirmation of purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe the general conditions and methods of payment described below. Customer hereby also accept all claims made by Baccetti Attilio under the rules mentioned above, also note that the company named Attilio Baccetti not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
Art. 2: PRICES FOR SALE AND PURCHASE
2.1
All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website whoops-shop.com constitute a public offering pursuant to Article 1336 Civil Code, and include VAT and all other taxes.
2.2
The total cost of the shipment until the customer's home is borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified. This cost will anyway be disclosed to the customer before the confirmation of purchase.

If the customer expresses the desire to use a different shipping method, agrees to pay the difference with the method paccocelere3.
Art. 3: MODE OF DELIVERY
3.1
Baccetti Attilio will deliver to customers the products selected and ordered in the manner provided for in the preceding article. The products will be sent with express mail or postal mail at the address indicated.
3.2
The purchased goods will be delivered on time as specified in Article. 6 Leg. 185/1999. No responsibility can be attributed to the supplier for late or non delivery due to causes unpredictable.
3.3
The customer must verify, upon receipt, the product complies with the order delivered to him made, and only thereafter, unless of course the right of withdrawal provided for in item 8, the customer must sign the delivery documents.
3.4

The customer must make available to avoid any additional charges for non delivery by courier. Any charges will be borne by the customer.
3.7
Baccetti Attilio is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier to products purchased.
Art. 4: AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
4.1
The customer can also buy in quantity not in the electronic catalog whoops-shop.com. If the request through an online order exceeds the amount available for a given article, whoops-shop.com accept the purchase, making sure to indicate to the client such discrepancies. This recommendation will be by phone or email.
Art. 5: RESPONSIBILITY
5.1

Art. 6: WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
6.1

Art. 7: BUYER OBLIGATIONS
7.1

11.1

Any dispute concerning the application, execution and breach of contract on-line purchase made via the web-shop.com whoops, is subject to Italian jurisdiction, these general conditions refer to matters not expressly provided, the combined the provisions of Legislative Decree And No 50 of 15.1.1992 185 of 22.5.1999.
12.2
Any dispute between the parties relating to this contract will be competent court in whose district the consumer's domicile. For all other foreign clients or businesses of any dispute will be the responsibility of the courts of Grosseto.
